Orders
Do deliveries cover the entire country?
Yes, shipments are carried out throughout Greece via our partner courier company, DHL.
- Within Attica: Shipping is free of charge for orders over €100.00. For orders under €100.00, the shipping cost is €5.00.
- Outside Attica: The shipping cost is €7.00.
Is shipping available to the European Union?
Yes, we ship to all countries within the European Union via DHL. The shipping cost is €28.00 (VAT included)
Can I pick up my order from a physical store?
Yes, store pickup is available at our physical locations free of charge, once you have been notified that your order is ready.
How can I check the status of my delivery?
Once the collection of your order is complete, you shall receive via email the tracking number, as well as a link for you to check the status of your delivery.
How does the delivery time change for items which are not directly available?
In the instance that an order of a jewel is required to be made in-house abroad, the delivery time may reach 90 days – in liaison with the production time.
Can I return my purchase?
You may return your purchase within 14 days from its delivery day. Contact us at eshop@imanoglou.gr to initiate the return.
Can I make a change on a gift?
Gift changes can be done within a 30 day period and only through our physical Imanoglou stores.
What are the terms concerning discounts?
Special Offers and Discounts do not apply to objects and seasonal collections.
Can I exchange my purchase?
Exchanges are available as long as the item is intact, and seasonal items can be exchanged for items from the same collection.
